Open a ticket or chat with the AI assistant whenever you need help.
Overview
The Support page provides direct access to Celect’s help team and AI assistant. Use it whenever you encounter issues, need clarification, or want quick guidance.
Contact Form
Submit a support ticket without leaving the platform:
- Subject: Add a brief summary of your request.
- Message: Describe the issue or question in detail. If it relates to a specific job posting, include the Job ID to speed up troubleshooting.
- Select Submit to send the ticket to the Celect support team.
Prefer email? Reach out to info@celect.ai and the team will respond there.
Chat Support (AI Assistant)
For instant answers, open the chatbot icon in the bottom-right corner of the interface. The Celect AI assistant is:
- Trained on the entire Celect knowledge base and documentation.
- Available 24/7.
- Able to deliver how-to instructions, technical tips, and workflow guidance in seconds.
